OFFICIAL INSAIN 100 CHALLENGE RULES
These are the official rules and guidelines for participating in the 2026 Insain 100 Challenge. Please read them before beginning your journey.
CHALLENGE OVERVIEW
Challenge Dates: September 1–30, 2026
Goal: Complete a total of 100 miles during the month of September.
You may complete your miles by:
✅ Running
✅ Walking
✅ Hiking
✅ Or any combination of the three.
Every mile counts toward your goal.
TRACKING & VERIFICATION
Official Tracking Platform
All participants are required to join the Official Insain 100 Strava Club.
All miles submitted for the challenge must be tracked through Strava.
Challenge Window
Only miles completed between:
September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM and September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time) will count toward
the challenge.
Honor System
The Insain 100 is built on integrity and accountability.
Please record only the miles you personally complete during the official challenge period.
Verification
Insain Fitness reserves the right to review participant activity within the Official Strava Club to verify challenge completion and prize eligibility.
Strava Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring their Strava account is connected and functioning properly before beginning the challenge.Miles that are not recorded in Strava cannot be added retroactively by Insain Fitness.
PRIZES & FINISHER RECOGNITION
Weekly Milestone Drawings
Throughout September, participants who remain active in the challenge will have opportunities to win prizes through milestone drawings.
Milestone checkpoints include:
🏃 25 Miles
🏃 50 Miles
🏃 75 Miles
🏃 100 Miles
Official Finisher Recognition
Participants who successfully complete all 100 miles by September 30 will receive:
✅ Official Insain 100 Finisher Recognition
✅ Digital Finisher Certificate
✅ Recognition on Insain Fitness social media (optional)
Grand Prize Drawing
Participants who complete all challenge requirements and finish 100 miles by the deadline will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing.
The winner will be announced after all mileage has been verified.
