The Insain 100 is a worldwide fitness challenge where participants commit to completing 100 miles during September.
Run, walk, hike, or combine all three. Every mile counts.
Whether you are chasing a personal record or building healthier habits, you will be part of one community pushing each other to finish.

Every finisher who completes the challenge according to the official rules becomes eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Weekly milestone drawings occur throughout the month.
